Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges Items Purchased Online Return to store location: Equipment items cannot be returned to the store. Please call 1-888-656-4405 for more information on returning equipment items. Items that are available online only must be returned to our warehouse and cannot be returned to a store. We will gladly accept all other returns, up to 30 days from purchase,to U.S. store locations.

• You will need the packing list that came with your order and the credit card used to make the purchase.

• Shipping will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.

• Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or return.

Return to eCommerce warehouse: Equipment items cannot be returned directly to the eCommerce warehouse. Please call 1-888-656-4405 for more information on returning equipment items. All other items purchased on Clippercenter.com can also be returned within 30 days of delivery, to the Clippercenter.com fulfillment center. Items cannot be exchanged. You cannot return merchandise purchased at Clippercenter Store to the warehouse. Merchandise shipped to the fulfillment center not purchased online cannot be returned to sender and sender will not be issued a refund or credit.

• Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

• We cannot accept COD’s for returned merchandise.

• In the case of shipping damages please contact the carrier or our customer service department.

• Credit will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.

• Do not return items to Clippercenter.com by Air Mail – The U.S. Department of Transportation restricts air shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft.

• Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.

• Due to health and hygiene concerns, no exchanges on hair extensions can be accepted for any reason.

Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days after your package has been delivered for return to be processed. This link cannot be used to return furniture or equipment items or items purchased in store. Merchandise shipped to the fulfillment center not purchased online cannot be returned to sender and sender will not be issued a refund or credit.

Returning Salon Furniture/Equipment Purchased Online

• There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned furniture or equipment merchandise.

• Equipment returns require authorization - call 1-888-656-4405 for more information.

• If a return is authorized, the invoice and the original packaging (that the order arrived in) are required to ship the merchandise back.

• For health and safety reasons, special restrictions apply on some items, such as foot spas, skincare equipment, etc.

• Furniture purchased online and returned without authorization or to the eCommerce warehouse cannot be returned to sender and sender will not be issued a refund or credit.

Special Restrictions

a. Electrical items and shears:

• May be returned for refund or exchange with an original receipt only, and dated within 30 days of purchase.

• Without a receipt, we do not offer a return— after 30 days, if product is defective, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly to take advantage of their warranty.

b. Synthetic and human hair, clipper and other blades, body jewelry, ear piercing and piercing implements and fashion earrings:

• ALL SALES FINAL, and cannot be returned for any reason.

c. Promotional and free items:

• Promotional items and free items must be returned with the merchandise it was offered with in order for an exchange or refund to be processed. In addition, promotional and free items are non-returnable by themselves.

• Example: Purchase a blowdryer and get an item free—the free item will not be refunded for any reason. In addition, if the purchased item—in this example the blowdryer—is returned for a refund, the free must be returned as well.

• Example: Purchase a blowdryer and get a free bag—the bag will not be refunded or exchanged for any reason.

Items Purchased In-Store

Clippercenter Supply Store Purchases in the United States

In general, we will happily accept returned merchandise purchased at our United States store location. Items purchased in store cannot be returned to a fulfilment center. Items purchased in store and shipped to any warehouse location cannot be returned and sender will not be issued a credit or refund.

Except for Special Restrictions stated below, you must have an original receipt dated within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. All refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

• Any return without receipt over may be subject to prior approval before a refund is given.

• There are special return restrictions on electrical items, shears, hair, clipper blades, body jewelry, ear piercing and piercing implements, promotional items, free items, and equipment.See below for more details.

Special Restrictions

• A customer has 60 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange regular catalog merchandise—a receipt is required.

• There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned QuickShip or other catalogue merchandise.

• Equipment returns over $150 require authorization—call 1-888-656-4405 for more information.

• If a return is authorized, the invoice and the original packaging (that the order arrived in) are required to ship the merchandise back.

• Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

• For health and safety reasons, special restrictions apply on some items, such as foot spas, skincare equipment, etc.
